Terms of Service

Last updated 10 August 2026

These terms apply when you submit a video brief to Pulse Studio and when we produce and deliver a video for you. Submitting a brief means you accept them.

1. The service

Pulse Studio produces short-form product promo videos, typically 15 to 30 seconds, for use in paid social and organic marketing. Each project starts from the brief you submit: product details, mood, preferred length, aspect ratio, brand colours and any reference images you upload.

2. Your material and your responsibility

  • You confirm you own, or have permission to use, every image, logo, product shot, name and trademark you send us.
  • You confirm any claim you ask us to put on screen — results, ingredients, certifications, pricing — is true and legally permitted in the markets where you will run the video.
  • You will not ask us to produce anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or infringing someone else's rights.
  • You are responsible for the final approval of the video before you publish it.

3. Pricing

A 15-second video is $297 USD and a 30-second video is $497 USD. A 15-second order includes one revision round and a 30-second order includes two. Multi-video campaigns and other formats are quoted individually before work starts. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or payment-provider fees your country or bank may add.

4. Payment and delivery

When your video is ready we send you a private delivery link. That page shows a watermarked, lower-quality preview together with your written invoice. Payment is made through PayPal on that page. Once payment clears, the download of the final 1080p file without a watermark is released.

Preview links are personal to you. Do not publish, screen-record or distribute the preview — the licence in section 6 only begins on payment.

5. Revisions and turnaround

Each project includes one round of revisions on the delivered cut: timing, text, colour, music choice and similar adjustments. A change of concept, a new product, a different aspect ratio or additional cut-downs is new work and is quoted separately. Turnaround depends on the queue and on how quickly you answer questions; we give you an estimate when the brief is accepted, and it is an estimate, not a guarantee.

6. Ownership and licence

  • You keep all rights in the material you supply: your product, brand, logos and photography.
  • On full payment you receive a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered video in your own marketing — paid ads, social, website, email, retail screens and events.
  • Pulse Studio retains ownership of its project files, templates and working assets, and of any third-party stock, fonts or music which remain licensed under their own terms.
  • Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished video in our portfolio and showreel.
  • You may not resell the video itself, or licence it on to another brand, as a standalone product.

7. AI-assisted production

We use AI tools as part of our workflow — for concepting, generating base imagery and drafting motion. Everything we deliver is reviewed and finished by a human. Because AI output can be unpredictable, we may reshape or discard a draft to reach the standard we are happy to put our name on.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel before production starts at no cost. Once production has started, any deposit paid covers the work already done. See our Refund Policy for what happens after delivery.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not promise any particular commercial result — views, clicks, sales or platform approval are outside our control. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost ad spend. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your project is the one published when you submitted your brief. Continuing to commission new work after an update means you accept the updated terms.
